Okta Profile Reorder: Organize Your Profile Attributes Easily
Okta Profile Reorder is a free Chrome extension developed by Vignesh that helps solve the problem of organizing the order of attributes in Okta's user profile. Currently, Okta Profile Editor does not provide a way to customize the order of attributes, which can be problematic for admins trying to view user profiles.
With Okta Profile Reorder, users can easily reorder the profile attributes index using a simple and intuitive interface. The extension utilizes Javascript to apply the configured indexes and retains the order as you load the Profile tab of each user.
To use Okta Profile Reorder, simply click on the plugin to toggle the Profile Reorder Menu on or off. The plugin will only load on the Profile page of a user in the account tab. Once the menu is enabled, you can click on "Load Attributes" to view the current order of attributes. From there, you can change the index of each attribute using the dropdown menu and click "Save Order" to apply the changes. To see the saved order in action, click on the "Re-Order" button.
It's important to note that Okta Profile Reorder is an unofficial extension created by the community and is not supported by Okta. However, it provides a valuable solution for users who need to customize the order of attributes in Okta's user profiles.
